Delivery
We currently ship within Malta only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping options
Standard shipping — delivered within 2–4 business days.
Free shipping — on all orders of €30 or more.
In-person handover — free, arranged by appointment in Malta.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. To arrange an in-person handover, contact us at gioyel.jewellery@gmail.com.
Returns
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, without providing any reason.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with its original tags and packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us at gioyel.jewellery@gmail.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Once approved, we offer two options: in-person collection anywhere in Malta (free), or a prepaid return shipping label sent by email (free).
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Earrings and jewellery where the hygienic seal has been opened after delivery
- Items worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without their original packaging
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before initiating a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item, in compliance with EU regulations.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 14 calendar days, contact us at gioyel.jewellery@gmail.com.
