Shipping policy

Delivery zone

We currently ship within Malta only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping options & costs

Standard shipping is delivered within 2–4 business days. Shipping is free on all orders of €30 or more. We also offer an in-person handover option — we can arrange a convenient pickup location in Malta at no extra cost. Contact us at gioyel.jewellery@gmail.com to coordinate.

Tracking 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at gioyel.jewellery@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
